Steph started her career as an ethical hacker, getting paid to break into some of the largest companies in the world. She found success quickly, being promoted into leadership positions where she was often the youngest and the only female and Latina in the room. She has built on these experiences, coaching younger Latinas on personal and professional development, and has awarded multiple scholarships to Latinas pursuing careers in STEM.
